The Salamonie Reservoir is located on the western part of Huntington County, where you'll find all kinds of outdoor activities for the entire family. Salamonie Reservoir is home to a nature center, modern camping facilities and much more!

Salamonie Reservoir and Salamonie River State Forest comprise of 12,433 acres. The property also boasts sixty ponds, marshes and wetlands. The property is operated and

maintained by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources under a lease agreement with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

The Salamonie Reservoir is located in Huntington and Wabash counties in northeastern Indiana. Accessible from 524 on the west and S.R. 124 to the south. Highways 9 and 105 also cross the property.

Each year, Salamonie hosts the Crappie USA Tournament.
